WHAT TO EXPECT

Before Your Visit

After your speak with one of our chiropractic advocates, you will be sent an email containing paperwork to fill out. This allows us to get all the information we need and lets us know what health challenges you or your child are struggling with. Be sure to fill it out in its entirety to the best of your ability!

Day One

We can’t wait to put your face to a name! This visit will allow us to connect and help you feel right at home at Magnolia Chiropractic co. We will give you a tour of the office, so you can familiarize yourself with everything, and then we will connect over the paperwork you filled out. We ask that you provide as much additional detail as you can about your individual needs and concerns, so we can do our best to help. 

 

Next, we will perform a detailed assessment utilizing our state of the art INSiGHT technology. It consists of three scans that measure how your nerves are communicating with your muscles, how your nerves are communicating with your organs, and how your body is adapting to stress. It is non-invasive, and super safe! Even for pregnant women, and little ones! This neuro-spinal assessment is an extremely important part of our initial intake process that allows us to test, instead of guess how your nervous system is doing.

If no other tests or imaging are necessary, you will receive a gentle and specific nervous system centered adjustment.

 

We will be sure to leave time at the end of your visit to answer any questions and hear any concerns that you may have. Please allot the appropriate time needed, as the first appointment will take about 45 minutes to complete. 

 

If you have a child with sensory challenges or neuro-developmental delays, we understand that visiting new, busy, public places can be tough on you and your kiddos. We completely understand! Please let us know before your visit how we can best serve you and your family. Phone consultations, split appointment times, and blocked-off hours for in-office examinations are some of the ways we can accommodate you. We want you to feel welcome and safe, so please let us know how we can help!

Day Two

By this time, Dr. Megan has gone through your scans, exam, and your history to create a care plan that is tailored to your specific health goals. We will review how your nervous system responded to your first adjustment and the results of your scan together. You will then have the option to choose from one of our monthly plans or to continue on an as needed basis. 

 

After we have discussed everything and decided on a plan, you will get adjusted! 

PRICES 

  • New Patient Exams: $100.

-This includes a consultation, Nervous System scans, physical exam, and your first adjustment. 

  • Single follow up visits- non membership: $50 

-This is available after a New Patient Exam for anyone who does not wish to have a membership.

  • Below are our Wellness Memberships. We strive to make care available for the entire family! ​The first membership is a weekly plan, the second one is an every other week plan.

What to Expect
Policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours will not be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours and no-shows will be charged the FULL amount of the service booked using the payment information kept on file. 2nd time no-show offenders will not be rescheduled. Please respect that we want to make time for everyone who wishes to receive care, and we schedule as such. Please call us if you need to make changes to your appointment.

Prices

Late Arrival Policy

We want to make time for everyone to get the most out of their appointment. To make this happen, we must adhere to the time allotted for your appointment. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so you can have a stress-free moment to relax. We understand that life happens, and we will try our best to work with you, but if you arrive late, we will have less time to focus on your health concerns and provide an adjustment. If you arrive 10 minutes late, your time slot is up, your appointment will be rescheduled, and you will be charged in full. 

Financial Policy

Payments are due at the time of service or as agreed upon at the beginning of your care. All practice members are required to keep a credit or debit card on file. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, HSA, and flex spending cards. We will do our best to provide an affordable payment arrangement if you desire to receive care.

First Visit Non-Refundable Deposit

In order to book your first visit, you will be charged a $50 non-refundable deposit. This will be applied to your first visit fee when you arrive. No-call-no-show first appointments will not be rescheduled. 

Medicare Policy

We are not in network with Medicare and are unable to accept Medicare patients at this time.
